I am hoping that someone in sunny Arizona can answer this question: even
an answer telling me that no such thing exists will be helpful.
Are there any published sources of "local local" rules for the US
District Court for the District of Arizona? Here in California for
example the Federal Bar publishes manuals for the Central & Southern
Districts which contain general orders, etc. Is there such an animal for
Arizona?
So far I have checked area libraries, telnetted to several online
libraries, tried to locate an Ariz chapter of the Federal Bar Assoc, and
located a very promising sounding web site for the Ariz District Court
which is not responding today!
Any info would be greatly appreciated . TIA.
