Colleen: I fully agree with you concerning the value of the MB
payment plan. It is exactly for the reasons you stated that all of
the KDW libraries participate in this payment schedule. And, I
especially appreciate the discount feature. I only wish CCH would
convert to this payment plan, and include a discount plan with it.
