One of our attorneys has requested that we expand our materials on tax
havens. We already own a couple of titles -- Tax havens encyclopedia,
from Butterworths, and Practical international tax planning, from PLI.
We are also ordering the Matthew Bender title, Tax havens of the world.
I have not seen any of these titles yet, since they are in another
office, so my question may be redundant. What we are looking for
more specifically is a source (book, service, anything) that provides many
of the corporate laws and/or business forms for these countries. I'm
sure much of this is in these above titles, but if anyone knows of a
dynamite resource, I would really love to know. I did do an RLIN search,
but most of the titles seem to be one-volume treatises.
