To Shepards:
Thank you for asking, it's a refreshing change.
The consensus on our staff is that Finance & Commerce cites better serve the
legal profession at this time. It is a recognizable citation that is the
most widely available throughout the state. If you ask us next year, we
might have a different answer. By that time, we will have had the
experience of Internet access to Minnesota opinions. But now is not the
time to switch.

Hello!
Finance & Commerce is our most current source for citations information. With
currentness in mind, Shepards is considering replacing the Finance &
Commerce with the dockets when they become available. Before making this
decision, we would like to know if the legal profession in Minnesota would
rather rely on Finance & Commerce or on the dockets. How do you think the
profession would take to substitution of docket cites for Finance & Commerce
cites? Your input will help us decide whether a product change would be
beneficial to our subscribers in Minnesota.
Thanks for your help!
