Joe,
As you've probably already noted from the responses you have
received, West was somewhat less than accurate concerning the
availability of the enrolled text online. I had to obtain the same
information today for a client, and got it exactly where others have told
you to look.
It's interesting that the people at West didn't know, or wouldn't
acknowledge, that the text was already up on the House Thomas site. IMHO,
they should get over themselves and stop taking such an apparently
churlish attitude towards the availability of public information. It does
West no credit to be so unresponsive to customers with queries of this
type. As a librarian, and a business owner, I find my customers are very
appreciative of the fact that I provide low or no cost information
whenever possible; it makes them more, rather than less, inclined to keep
using my services.
