I'm posting this for another Jone, Day librarian who doesn't have access
to the Internet. She is looking for copies of two Lawrence Fox
presentations to the American Bar Association in August 1991 and August
1992. She hasn't been able to obtain them from either the Washington
Office of the ABA or the ABA headquarters office in Chicago.
The cites we have are:

Implications." American Bar Association, August 1991
"Lawyers Serving on Clients' Boards/Financial Transactions with
Clients: Merit or Mistake." ABA Presidential Showcase Program,
ABA Annual Meeting, August 1992
