We are looking for recommended publications that will allow us to keep
current on regulations relating to the Real Estate Settlement Procedures
Act (RESPA). We have a WG&L publication, Federal Regulation of
Real Estate and Mortgage Lending, which includes chapters on
RESPA. Do you know of any other publications and/or newsletters
addressing the subject? TIA.
