"Tempered Zeal" - out of print book

Does anyone know where we might purchase a copy of the book "Tempered
Zeal" by H. Richard Uviller, a law professor at Columbia. The book was
published in 1988 by Contemporary Books and is now out of print. In the
alternative, does anyone have a suggestion for how to get a publisher
interested in reprinting a book.
