This is both a general and a specific call for help regarding Ohio
EPA guidance document availability. Last August we ordered from OEPA
a set of "notebooks" that were supposed to contain the guidance
documents from each division. We have not received ours yet, and are
told that we are "on the list" and will get them when they get to our
name on that list. No time frame is given as to when this might
happen. We've been waiting patiently, and been calling OEPA each
time we need a document until we get the notebooks. Unfortunately,
this is a very hit-or-miss method, and it is now getting almost
unworkable.
My question, thus, is: Is there anyone out there who has received the
notebooks, particularly the Division of Hazardous Waste notebook, who
might be willing to work with me in finding the documents we need
this time? In the alternative, does anyone have any suggestions as
to other sources besides the OEPA itself?
I realize this is a very specific request, but I have exhausted all
the OEPA phone numbers and have discovered no other source for these
guidance documents.
