I have reference to (and an urgent need for) a Whistleblower Statute in
Arkansas, section 16-123-110. Naturally, this section doesn't appear in our copy
of the Michie Code, pocket parts, nor in the supplements or in the Advance
Legislative Service. I couldn't find it online either. If someone from that great
state can fax us a copy, I'd appreciate it greatly.
