I'm trying to track down Federal Highway Administration Technical
Advisory
T6640.8A (10/30/87). It concerns procedures and regulations dealing with
environmental issues and highways. These are not on Westlaw or Lexis, and
I've searched the Internet. If these appear in a print source, our Library
does not have it! If anyone could give me a lead, or better yet fax me a
copy of T6640.8A (if it isn't too long...), I'd be forever grateful. TIA.
