Re: Labels and Stamps on Books

The purpose: When I worked in a law firm some years back, we
were all pleasantly surprised to have one of our missing books returned
to us by an airport in Texas where the atty forgot it! Without the
stamping, it would have been another lost & found item! I always
make sure that everything material in the library has our address on
it! Including much used maps, softbound items, etc.
