I don't stamp all of our books, but I do stamp or label books that have a
tendency to sprout feet and never return. After losing several dictionaries,
world atlases, almanacs, US road atlases and other ready reference materials,
I started stamping the title pages, the edges, and other prominent locations.
My losses are very few now--I guess a stamp for most and a 3x2 sticker on
road atlases & Mapscos inhibits the growth of feet...
