I am looking for an ALI-ABA outline from 1991. I have the 1992 course of
study titled Lender Liability: Defense and Prevention. Included is an
outline by Lillian E. Kraemer & Stuart Kolinski of Simpson Thacher that
refers to an Annex A, which is referred to in the text as "a detailed
approach to participation agreements." Annex A is not included in the
Course of Study. However, the title page of the Kraemer & Kolinski article
states, "this outline was previously published with study materials prepared
for the ALI-ABA Course of Study, "Lender Liability: Defense and Prevention,"
February 28-March 2, 1991, Orlando FL.
We have checked on OCLC & RLIN, as well as with the Simpson Thacher library
(across the street) but no good.
ALI-ABA has a copy of Annex A but it is too faint to fax. Can anyone else
help this afternoon? Will winter ever end?
