I am hoping the miraculous resources of this list will bail me out of
this one -- I am struggling with one of those dreaded "fifty state"
questions. We are not looking for detailed research, but rather a state
by state chart or graph of implied warranties on consumer products.
I have searched law reviews on West & Lexis, and found a couple of
articles that were close. One cites to a book which I have been unable
to locate anywhere near: Products liability: problems and
process, by
James A. Henderson and Aaron D. Twerski. The law rev. cites to a state
by state chart on pp. 744-745, so if someone could send/fax me that, I
would be thrilled!
I would be more thrilled if someone sould point me toward another
source. I have tried the Net, specifically to see if the Consumer
Products Safety Commission had anything, but I couldn't get through to
their page (after many attempts).
So if anyone has the elusive "Fifty states of implied warranties in a
nutshell" please let me know..
