Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are two researchers on international law
working with the Faculty of Law of the University of Limburg, at Maastricht,
the Netherlands. For an article we are finalizing for a Dutch lawyers'
journal we seek your help for the following.
Could you provide us with a reference to a page in a Hebrew handbook (an
English version would be even better) on constitional law, that states that
the Hebrew word "al-pi-din" refers to primary law as well as secondary law,
and not international law?
