I have been asked to compile examples of job descriptions for associates
and paralegals for use in a review of our firm's evaluation process. So
far I have looked on Nexis for them or references to other sources, the
public library for human resource and career-type sources, and consulted
with our Personnel Manager, and have not found anything really useful. Most
of what we have found is too generic for our purposes.
If anyone has suggestions of where I might find some sample job
descriptions for these positions or if anyone would be willing to share
some from their own firm (with identifying information removed if necessary),
I would be very grateful.
