I wonder how many people out there are going to be unable to read the full
report because they do not have an Adobe viewer installed and available to read
the PDF files????? How many people can read text and HTML and Word Perfect
files, but cannot read a PDF file?

Thank you for your message.

The entire report is in three files - report.pdf, attach.pdf and
exhibit.pdf. However, some of our users can't handle large files, so we
have also offered the attachments as smaller files - this permits people to
download only the segments of interest. The other files are introductory
material -- also in the report -- again for people who want a few of the
key elements like the executive summary or the roster of particpants
without being forced to take it all.

The document actually was created , and exists, as three separate
WordPerfect 6.0 files - report, attachments, exhibit - and the PDF files
parallel that.

The announcement message made it clear that there was an "all attachments"
file as well as separate files for groups of attachments. It also made it
clear that there were several files available in both ASCII text and pdf.

There are graphics, footnotes, etc. in the report, so we did not choose to
make it available as ASCII text.
