I'm looking for the National Association of Insurance Commissioners'
Group Coordination of Benefits Model Regulation, Model Regulation
Service (NAIC) 120-30 (Jan. 1991) also known as "the birthday rule."
I've tried locally but could not find it. If anyone could fax this to
