Dear List Members,
I should be most obliged for any information as to whether the decision
handed down on 27 March 1996 by the European Court Of Human Rights in the
case of the British journalist Bill Goodwin is available anywhere
electronically in full text. I have searched the ECCASE file in
Lexis-Nexis, but it is not yet there. I have also tried Alta Vista,
InfoSeek and Lycos - unsuccessfully. The case concerns the issue of
journalists refusing to reveal their sources, and whether this constitutes
contempt of court.
