Does anyone have a copy of an NIJ publication entitled:

"At risk of rearrest for a violent crime: predicting
high-stakes, high-speed recidivism and developing prediction
models in two birth cohorts" by N.A. Weiner, NCJ 152464.

The abstract of this appears on the NCJRS disk. On Feb. 29 I
faxed an ILL to the NCJRS Library. They tell me they mailed it
the week of March 11. Have had much difficulty getting phone calls
returned. Am frustrated with them. Can someone please help me?
