Can anyone lead me to a source for the "technical explanation" of a tax
treaty between two foreign countries, namely the Netherlands and Mexico.
Have tried usual sources for international tax info, both in print and
online, but this sort of thing does not seem to be readily available. Thank
you for any hints.
