I suggest you check the IRS forms page on the US Treasury Web - for
a direct click, try
http://www.irs.ustreas.gov/prod/forms_pubs/forms.html. Are you sure you
aren't looking for form 8835? I checked the above, very complete list and it
did not appear to have an 835. Good luck!
