Alice McKenzie has already sent out a request for response to billing
inquiries for a project she is doing for the AALL Task Force. I am
also on that Task Force and am looking for any facts or statistical
information or surveys that discuss law librarians' abilities to know
what attorneys need to support their practice, how attorneys use
their law libraries as client development, how law firm libraries
help in their running of an effective organization.
We all know we are essential to the operation of our law firms, but I
need facts or articles to support that contention. While you are
getting together info to send to Alice, if you find anything to help
me in this regard, please let me know.
