The National Center for State Courts has been asked to compile
information on public access and checkout privileges in supreme
court libraries and state law libraries. Specifically, we are
seeking information on the following issues concerning the
general public:
a. Physical access to library buildings
b. Physical access to book materials/open or closed stacks
c. Check-out privileges/loan policies
d. Access to electronic media
