One of our attorneys is looking for a document which was apparently released
by the American Bar Association Joint Committee on Employee Benefits,
entitled "Questions for the Staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission,
Tuesday, May 16, 1995" ("ABA Questions"). This reference is taken from an
ALI-ABA publication cited on Westlaw as CA12 ALI-ABA 51, *56. We have
contacted the ABA directly but, so far, they have not been able to help us.
