The correspondent appears to be referring to footnote 28 in Societe
Nationale Industrielle Aerospatiale v United States District Court for
the Southern District of Iowa (1987) 482 US 522, 96 L Ed 2d 461, 107 S
Ct 2542. A comparison has been made between the official version of
the footnote, appearing at 482 US 544, and all 3 versions of the
footnote as published by Lawyers Cooperative Publishing--that is, in
the print volume of 96 L Ed 2d and in both the Folio 2.5 (DOS) and
Folio 3.1 (Windows) versions of L Ed 2d on LawDesk. All of the LCP
versions match the official version.

Hi Everyone:
Found an error this A.M. on page 484 of 96 L.Ed, seems like they transposed
the numbers in note 28 [4e]. It is printed Foreign Relations Restatement
page S437. It should read S473 pg 540 Foreign Relations Restatment 2d revised
(Blue volumes 1 and 2).
