Wow! What a response! I have received several helpful answers to my
posting. Most say that the case, though decided, does not have an
accompanying written decision. It might have settled after the appeal
was filed. There are also many newspaper articles out there, so that
will be my next step. The correct spelling of "Loewen" is also a real help!
