Mississippi librarians: Help!

This message is especially directed to Mississippi librarians because I
am looking for a case supposedly decided in Mississippi that concerns a
Canadian company being sued in that state by a funeral home/mortuary.
The issue may be products liability; a party's name may be Lowen or
some variation of same; it may have been decided in the last five years.

Can we get any more vague? I don't think so. However, we are told this
is an important case for Canadian companies, and we'd like to take a look
at it. I've tried several searches on Lexis to no avail, and, alas,
Mississippi case law is not covered well at our county law library which
is down the street. If I don't get a response today, I'll be heading out
to the law school library. Any suggestion would be
helpful..really...anything at all!

Thanks to anyone willing to join me in this mission impossible!
