Thanks to all who replied to my inquiry, especially to SYLVIA
REUBEN, Manager of Library Services at Crummy, DelDeo, Dolan, et
al in Newark, NJ. She says the firm uses Online LookUp with Lexis
and Westlaw and is pleased with the product. They are able to keep
better track of who uses the systems, frequency of use and number of
hours online. Users have to enter their employee numbers and the client
number before they get to choose Lexis or Westlaw. They are not
using CD-ROM in an environment where it is necessary to use Online
LookUp, so she was not able to comment on its usefulness for
CD-ROM.
Sylvia even gave me the name of her MIS person...now my MIS can
call her MIS and talk techy stuff! Thanks, again!!! This list is soooo
helpful!
