The draft report of the ABA Citations Committee is available at
http://www.abanet.org/citation. (I actually have not looked at it at
this address -- if anyone has problems getting at it please let me
know.)

Deadline for comments is April 22. JD Fleming, committee chair, will
be reporting on the draft to the Bd of Governors on April 18. The
final draft goes to the BofG on May 15.
