A professor would like to use real examples of rude or inappropriate
conduct by a lawyer or judge to either witnesses, or parties to the suit
or to another lawyer or judge, etc. We have a few examples but would like
a lot more, especially if it involves a mediator!
My nexis strategy either overloads the database or misses altogether, so
if anyone has a story that I can back up with documentation (and doesn't
mind if it's used at an ABA program...)
