AALL has just mailed a survey questionnaire to all of its members
(except those of you who are associate members). Please keep
your eyes peeled for this mailing and please take the time to
fill out and return your survey form. The deadline for completed
surveys is April 1, 1996.
This survey represents the first ever broad-based and systematic
effort to gather reliable and statistically valid information
about AALL members' needs and interests. The survey, generously
supported by CCH Incorporated, will enable AALL to move further
toward becoming a "knowledge-based" association, one that makes
decisions about strategic and other directions based on reliable
information from a broad cross-section of its members.
