We urgently need a list of citations to Kentucky cases discussing
Article 13, Section 3, of the Kentucky Constitution of 1850.

A similar section still appears in the Arkansas Constitution (they
didn't know about plagiarism in Arkansas back in 1874) and the Court
wishes to look at old Kentucky cases interpreting the section in
they're constitution.
