FYI--Effective 2/1/96, the Local Rules of the Northern District
of Georgia have been revised. The changes include replacing "Mandatory
Interrogatories" with "Mandatory Disclosures" (Rule 201) and the
"Preliminary Statement" with "Preliminary Planning Report" (Rule
2335-3). The current version does NOT appear in the 1996 Ga. Court Rules
published by Michie that were released last week. There may also be other
rules that were changed. The Darby version does contain these updates and
can be ordered by calling 404-344-2665. Michie is looking into the
problem and will try to correct it as soon as possible. In the
meantime, be careful about relying on their rules. Judith.
