Thanks to John Hogan of Biddle Law Library for untangling a bad citation
and finding the article in question. Trade-Mark Bulletin merged in its
36th volume with Trade-Mark Reporter (in its 31st volume). There was
some conflicting information between the issue volume designation and the
bound volume designation. Whew! Thanks, John, for figuring this one
