I have received some preliminary information from West about their "Jury
Instruction Selector" product, and would like to hear from anyone who is
using it. As I understand it, the "California ... Jury Instruction
Selector" products contain a COMPLETE copy of CALJIC (or BAJI in the
case of the civil product) as it appears in the books, including all
comments and annotations.
This product is on disk, not CD-ROM, and is NOT the same as their jury
instructions software, which our office already has.
If you are using this I would like to hear from you.
And if anyone from West is reading this, I have already been in contact
with a sales rep and he has been very helpful.
