We are in need of the transcript of the oral argument in the case
Allied Signal v Director, Division of Taxation (504 US 768, 91-615)
which was argued exactly four years ago on March 4, 1992. Unfortunately,
both
of our local sources are missing this transcript and we need it sooner than
the service in Washington can provide it.
Is there any kind soul out there who can provide either a fiche to fiche
copy or a paper copy? We will be happy to pay any costs involved. BTW, this
case was reargued on April 22, 1992 and we do have that transcript.
