Hi, I am looking for the following Texas decision:
Simms v. Amerada Hess Corp (Feb.24, 1995) (Texas District
Court - 117th district). The decision no.(?) is No. 93-5767-B. I have
tried a Westlaw search without success.
Any help would be appreciated and I am willing to pay for all costs. TIA.
