William - When I do a Web site for a client, I use my own work-for-hire
agreement, based upon my experience with the necessities of Web page
design, labor, and technical requirements. You can use a work-for-hire
agreement as well, modified for your particular situation. There are
boilerplate clauses that apply to all work-for-hire agreements, and the
particular requirments of the requested Web page must be added to them. I
have looked for specific Web page/ISP agreements in all the standard form
books and have contacted some industry sources. Most of the agreements are
proprietary (no surprise there). However, I would be interested in the
publisher for web page agreements if anyone has a lead.
