Well here I went and made my first request to Law-Lib and there is
a mistake in it. I was asking for a copy of W&H Adm. Op. August
1944 (not 1994) as cited in BNA's Labor Relations Reporter (WHM
94:203). I apologize for the error and hope that someone can
still turn it up.
