Thanks to all who responded to my request for Rylands v. Fletcher. Our Law
Reports do not go back far enough and the English Reports Reprints that we do
have don't come forward enough. Ah well. Thanks also to those who offered to
fax it to me, but noted, quite correctly, that I hadn't included our fax
number. Oops. And a final thanks to David Bridgman at Santa Clara who did
send it to me. What a joy to arrive at work a find such a present on the fax
machine.

And last, but not least, I'd like to thank the Academy. :)
