If you're using Netscape, you can download a "text only" version of a
document (without any of the html codes) as follows:

o Pull down the File menu
o Select "Save As"
o In the dialog box "Save File as Type", click on the down arrow to select
   "Plain text (*.txt)
o Enter a file name, select the drive and directory to which you want to
   download the file and go for it.

You can then bring the file into whatever word processor you're using to
"pretty it up" and print.

In order to read a document using the Adobe Acrobat reader, it has to have
been prepared in a particular format, specifically for use with Acrobat.
Some documents on the web have been (e.g. IRS tax forms), but most have not.
I don't know anything about Envoy.
