Vito Genevese was convicted of mob related activities in about
1959. In about 1960 there was a hearing on a motion for a new trial for
Mr. Genevese. There is an aspiring author here who was at that hearing.
For his manuscript, the aspiring author would very much like to know who
the judge was who presided at that hearing and exactly when that hearing
was. I have tried Lexis and Westlaw to no avail. Can anyone help out on
this one? (Admittedly, this is a tough one--even for the law-lib crowd!)
