I posted concerning this service a year ago, and the same problem
continues with our subscription.
We subscribe to the above named service, and have included the
appropriate laws of our home state -- in this case, Illinois.
CCH has consistently sent us the reports but without our home state
pages, even though they have verified that we are indeed supposed to be
receiving these pages along with the general portions of the service.
I am posting this so that other libraries who subscribe to this service,
and who receive only their home state sections, may check their
volumes to be sure that they are indeed receiving the home state pages.
Last year, a few libraries found that they were missing these report
pages, and a number of others were properly receiving them.
CCH is looking into this problem for our account, but you should be sure
that you are receiving the portions of the service to which you subscribe.
