I am in great need of assistance in trying to locate a document
referenced in BNA's Labor Relations Reporter - Wage & Hour Manual
(WHM 94:203). The document is cited as W&H Adm.Op. August 1994
and is concerned with what is needed in terms of contract totals
in order for the Walsh-Healey Act to be applicable.
I have talked to the people at BNA who apparently do not hold onto
documents or did not. I hope they have heard of film or fiche by
now.
I also talked to the DOL Law Library and I got sent around and
around. If there is a right place to go to there, I did not find
it and no one was able to help.
I would, of course, be happy to pay for receiving this document.
