Correct Addresses for the Federal BBS

Some publications and other printed media currently list
the address data for the Federal BBS incorrectly.
On the first of December 1995, the address for the
Federal BBS changed to the following:

        Name: fedbbs.access.gpo.gov
        Numeric: 162.140.64.19
        Dial-up: (202) 512-1387
                 Max Rate: 14,400
                 Settings: N-8-1, Full Duplex
