Thought I'd pass this along....
I just responded to one of those phone surveys about online services.
The woman gave her name and then said she was conducting a survey
about online resources and wanted to get my opinion - survey taking
only about 5 minutes. At the end of the survey, she casually said "Oh
by the way, I'm calling from West." For some reason, this just doesn't
set well with me today. I don't know how others feel, but I think she
should have announced from where she was calling before proceeding
with the survey. Next time, I'll ask the questions before answering
any... Thanks for hearing me out!
