E- Federal Register Alternatives?

     We are looking into various sources for the Federal Register in
     electronic form (esp. CD-ROM and maybe Internet sources).
     
     Does any have opinions on the quality of the various alternatives? Is
     anyone using the Internet sources (esp. Counterpoint?), and if so has
     that worked out?
     
     Any opinions/pointers much appreciated. Please write to me directly.
     If there's sufficient interest, I'll be happy to summarize for the
     list.
