Assistance in the following would be greatly appreciated.
I have been asked to obtain a copy of the actual text of the "Lehman
Formula", if such a beast in fact exists. This is a 'formula' used to
calculate contingency fees for business/corporation brokers.
I have found sources that describe what the formula is, but the lawyer,
showing her professional training, want's to have a look at the "real McKoy"
if it's out there in some form. None of the sources that describe it cite
to any 'mother ship' document, so I am sceptical.
